Gothel

"Gothel" is the re-telling of the famous Grimm's tale "Rapunzel" from the perspective of the witch. Here the witch (the eponymous Gothel) is cruelly rejected from Rapunzel's exclusive girl's club birthday party in her tower for being too weird, witchy and for giving a modest gift. The intent behind this story is to scrutinise elitist attitudes and emphasise the importance of equality; in treating everyone with the same kindness and respect.
